Rare Colors was born in 2020 from a simple realization. Natural fancy color diamonds were rarely seen, and even more rarely understood.
Joe Namdar and Taylor Wihlen recognized a gap in the industry: these extraordinary diamonds, though incredibly rare, were largely absent from the everyday jewelry experience hidden from view, and often out of reach for those who would appreciate them most.
Bringing visibility to a world few had access to, and introducing more people to the beauty, individuality, and emotion of natural fancy color diamonds.
